Engaged as the primary Salesforce Consultant for support and enhancements following implementation by Deloitte. Kwik Trip’s Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud instances are highly integrated with specialized loyalty, store credit card, and point-of-sale systems. Customer interactions include email, SMS, mobile app, website, and visits to locations.

  • Evaluated the current implementation for alignment with best practices.

  • Defined structure for support by business process owners, full-stack developers, and Salesforce resources.

  • Established cadence for intake, prioritization, and implementation of enhancements (using Jira).

Spirit Realty is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's real estate portfolio consists of approximately 2,115 retail, industrial, and other properties across 49 states, which are leased to 351 tenants operating in 34 industries.

Engaged to extend the work of prior Salesforce partners to automate collection of tenant financial records for underwriting and risk management activities. Began the contract 14 days prior to a critical deadline. Completed the work 3 days early. Retained by Spirit to provide ongoing support and complete additional projects.

  • Analyzed the Salesforce org and created an inventory of existing automations.

  • Updated automations to conform with development best practices, as required.

  • Completed remaining Service Cloud scope items, primarily involving Case Automation, Task Generation, Financial Roll-ups, and Dashboards.

  • Led cross-functional project team with resources in US, UK, and India.

  • Mapped new products and sales processes into JAMF CPQ.

  • Merged accounts, contacts, contracts, and assets into JAMF Salesforce.

  • Designed the integration from JAMF Salesforce to provision the new products.

  • Coordinated testing, enablement, and go-live activities to turn on the solution.

Muscular Dystrophy Association is the #1 voluntary health organization in the United States for people living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular diseases.

Engaged to complete the implementation of two FinancialForce modules where a vendor had stalled. Provided project management, analysis, testing, and change management services to complete the project.

  • Documented current and desired state for Accounts Receivable and Planning / Budgeting processes.
